Not necessarily because the reveal was funny, but the reasoning behind the murders was, and I’m not even saying funny in a bad way.
It did more than I expected it to do, honestly. If you haven’t seen it, please do. It is on Netflix, and it really is worth watching. I think it will surprise you.

We are back! And we brought the rage with us. 28 Years Later reboots the iconic infected-zombie series with more speed, more chaos, and more heartbreak. I think, honestly, the most terrifying thing about this, which I’m pretty sure was the point, was the alpha infected being smart and RUNNING after people.
The heart attack I was having in theaters would have been about 50 times worse in real life. This reminded me of the infected in I Am Legend. Honestly, the running is insane and terrifying. Outside of that, the story is good, and the continuation from what we’ve seen in the movies before was also great to see. I most assuredly got some nostalgia watching this.

5. The Monkey — One of the Best Horror Movies of 2025 from Stephen King’s Twisted Mind
From the twisted mind of Stephen King comes this tale of a cursed toy monkey that brings death to anyone who hears its chilling clatter.
